What are the highest, best (and most un-tapped) uses of open, implicit and geolocated data within the commercial real estate industry?

There are some interesting things starting to emerge in this space.  LoopNet has recently rolled out a mobile, location based property search app.  Proprietary data, but a nice implementation.  Some title companies are starting to make geolocated property information available– public data (tax rolls), deployed to their customers.  Really useful.

The commercial real estate industry has always been slow to implement new techology, but there is no better place for fiddling with new uses of geolocated data.
