Brandon Turner is one of the best people to write books on real estate investing because he is one of the authors behind Bigger Pockets, which is one of the biggest real estate investing communities on the web. Turner pulls from his own experience of going from a few thousand dollars to a real estate portfolio worth millions of dollars.

The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing → Spencer Strauss

This real estate investing book is a great guide for investors looking to get started in real estate investing. It provides more of the big picture ideas surrounding real estate investing and is good for both new and advanced real estate investors alike.
