Property sellers could claim back millions of dollars in payments made to their real estate agents after a legal stoush between a vendor and suburban agent

If you could see any real estate agent’s sales stats and how they ranked compared to all other local agents, would that knowledge impact who you chose to help you buy or sell a home?

In 2009 I sold a little over 1,100 residential properties with my partner.  Without a doubt we have experienced almost every possible roadblock that could happen and numerous situations that we navigated to help our sellers and buyers.

The rule of thumb is that the best agents do more business, so if you pick an agent because they are selling a lot of homes, they are probably doing a good job, and getting repeat business.

The market does a good job of rewarding talent, and I’d like to think that the reason our clients have given us so many houses to sell over the last 4 years is because we do a good job for them.
